Modern life and personal circumstances, often move us away from our natural rhythms, balance, and sacredness. Gradually, and then all at once, we may find ourselves in a state of discomfort, chronic pain, and turmoil. This was me in 2009 when I received an unexpected diagnosis and was navigating a personal & spiritual crisis. Over the last 15 years, I have been on a journey of optimizing and personalizing a self-healing plan to address my unique needs. My approach is based on the belief that we have access to an inner healer and support all around us in nature.
And now, I am committed to sharing this with you in a way that was not available to me,
in community and with a guide to support me.
